TranSystems -- Case Study
The Eads Bridge project provided a wonderful opportunity to showcase TranSystems' experience with complex transit projects -- and with maintaining service for commuters during construction and maintenance.
The Eads Bridge was originally just supposed to get a new coat of paint. But when a systematic inspection revealed extensive fatigue cracking to the lower deck floors, those plans changed. Metro St. Louis Transit selected TranSystems to rehabilitate the entire span across the Mississippi in a comprehensive manner.
This two-page case study covers TranSystems' beginning-to-end engagement and the unique challenges of extending the life of an iconic bridge, originally constructed in the 1870s and the oldest still in operation over the Mississippi.
Heartland Bank -- eBook
As part of a larger lead generation campaign for Heartland Bank, this eBook -- First-Time Home Buyer's Guide -- served as gated content for gathering names, phone numbers and email addresses of prospective mortgage customers.
Approximately 30 pages, the eBook was available as a downloadable PDF and in a responsive digital format for those wishing to read it on their tablets or smartphones.
The eBook provided expert guidance on ten top-of-mind topics with first-time home buyers -- and served as a great source of ideas and content for repurposing into blog posts, social media channels and other communications.

Carson Institutional Alliance serves financial advisors across the country. Carson provides marketing, compliance, technology, investment management and operational services -- so financial advisors can focus on building client relationships and growing sales.
The Billion Dollar Growth Guide fulfills the primary content offer within the company's inbound marketing and lead generation programs. The Guide is offered prominently on the Home page of the company's website and within email and e-commerce campaigns.
In its 16 pages, The Guide addresses three paths to building a billion dollar business: organic growth, strategic acquisition and strategic partnerships -- and provides guidance on how financial advisors can choose the most effective path for building their practice.
